At Dalton’s Lawn & Landscaping, we’re constantly seeking ways to improve communication and ensure that you’re always in the loop. To help achieve this, we’re guiding you through the simple process of whitelisting our two domain, “CoPilotCRMMail.com” and “@DaltonsLawnCare.com,” which is the domain our CRM software will use to issue all emails.
Whitelisting these two domains ensures that:
- You receive all our communication promptly without it being mistakenly marked as spam.
- You stay connected with personalized lawn care tips, billing information, and appointment reminders.
- Important updates and offers reach your inbox, keeping you informed about our services.
For Gmail Users:
On Browser:
- Open Gmail and click on the ‘Show Search Options’ icon
- Enter your search criteria: “@copilotcrmmail.com” / “@daltonslawncare.com” then click on the “Create Filter” button at the bottom
- Make sure to include the @ character for domain names in order to only whitelist emails with the exact string of characters you entered.
- Mark the checkbox “Never Send it to Spam”
- Click on the “Create Filter” button at the bottom
- Repeat these steps to add the second domain.
On the Gmail App:
- Open the Gmail application.
- Navigate to Spam or Junk Folder.
- Click on the message you wish to view.
- Select the option “Report not spam”.
- You will now receive messages from this sender as normal.
For Outlook Users:
On Browser:
- Click on “Settings”, then “View all Outlook settings”
- If you are unable to find it under settings you can check under ‘Home’ in the above tab as shown in the below screenshot.
- Click on the “Junk” button followed by “Junk E-Mail Options
- Select the “Safe Senders” tab at the top
- Click on the “add” button to the right-hand side
- Enter the domain name “@copilotcrmmail.com” / “@daltonslawncare.com” and select okay.
- Make sure to include the @ character for domain names in order to only whitelist emails with the exact string of characters you entered.
- Repeat these steps to add the second domain.
- Click on “Apply” then the “OK” buttons at the bottom upon completion.
On the Outlook App:
- Open Outlook Mobile App.
- Click on the message that you want to whitelist.
- Click on the three dots in the top right corner.
- Click “Move to focused inbox”.
- When the pop up screen comes up, click “Move this and all future messages”.
For Yahoo Users:
On Browser:
- Click on ‘Settings’ and select ‘More Settings’ from the bottom
- Click on ‘Filters’ then the ‘Add new filters’ button
- Create a filter name
- In the ‘From’ Line:
- Select “Contains” from the drop down
- Enter the domain name “@copilotcrmmail.com” / “@daltonslawncare.com” and select okay.
- Make sure to include the @ character for domain names in order to only whitelist emails with the exact string of characters you entered.
- Choose the folder to move these emails to (usually Inbox) and click ‘Save.’
- Repeat these steps to add the second domain.
On the Yahoo Mail App:
- Open Yahoo Mail Mobile App.
- Click on the sidebar.
- Click on the Spam folder.
- Find the email you wish to whitelist.
- Click “Move” and then click “Inbox”.
