This is a full-service package, so you don’t have to do anything but tell us which color bulbs to use. We will purchase, deliver, custom-fabricate, install, remove, and store everything for the following year.
Each building includes one timer that has been pre-programmed to run between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. We are happy to adjust this upon request. Additional timers are available for an upcharge.
Unfortunately not, since we custom fabricate and warranty everything, we have specific products that we use to ensure the highest quality of service. We are happy to install any wreath or garlands you may have, though!
Our installation practices and pricing structure are not designed to include the sale of the light upon removal. If you wish to keep your display at the end of the season, please contact us directly to discuss your needs and options.
No, you do not need to be home during the installation, provided there is an accessible outdoor outlet. In the event of no outdoor outlet, the male plug-in shall be run to the front door or garage with 10ft of excess cord to reach an outlet.
All lights and decorations purchased come with a lifetime warranty as long as Dalton’s Lawn & Landscaping performs the installation. Please review your contract for specific details about the warranty.
Yes, we do! We strongly encourage all clients to sign a 3-year contract, which will include discounted rates for the second and third years.
In addition, after completing the entire front perimeter line, a discounted rate of $4.00 per foot shall be charged for any additional areas of the house.
Billing shall occur upon completion of installation, and payment shall be due within 14 days of the invoiced date. Payment can be made via credit card, ACH payment, or cash/check mailed to 1235 Green Knoll Dr, Fenton, MO 63026. A credit card shall be required on file prior to installation. The client shall have 14 days to make payment, in which case the card on file shall be charged (this will NOT be charged if payment is made within 14 days of invoicing).
